| Responsibilities | Job responsibilities: 1 Contribute to the Global Workday HCM rollout. 2 Understand business requirements and help configure and test the Workday solution to meet needs. 3 Work with implementation partner and internal project team members. 4 Be the go-to-person for all colleagues and be responsible for business process support. 5 Maintain Workday product expertise and consult with internal customers. 6 Collaborate with global HR users to ensure successful Workday implementation and effective end user-adoption. 7 Have prior hand-on experience of using at least one of the Workday modules – HCM, Compensation, Learning, Talent Management, Recruiting. 8 Self-motivation to learn and adopt yourself as per Workday Implementation project. |

| Requirements | Job requirements: 1 1-3 years Human Resources Information Systems experience, with 1-2 years of Workday administration experience preferred. 2 Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. 3 Analytical skills, problem solving and a team player. 4 Demonstrated customer service, communication, and organizational skills. 5 Fluent in English. |
