Responsibilities |
Job Title : HR Generalist Department : Human Resources Report to: HR Manager Location : Tianjin JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist with HR Manager to work with each business group on a regularly basis to identify and plan the requirements for workforce and work out a solution to accommodate business status. • Conduct recruitment and selection activities including but not limited to advertising, interviewing, testing, and selecting candidates, checking references, offering and labor contract management etc. • Maintain recruitment channels to ensure the efficiency of resource need, and select appropriate recruitment channel according to different levels vacancy in order to attract talent and recruitment cost efficiency. • Provide headcount and recruiting analysis report to let management team well know the status of recruitment progress, and rational proposal prospectively if required. • Plan, monitor and manage all new employees’ probation evaluation under related HR policies and procedures. • Recruitment process improvement. • Provide turnover and related analysis reports and follow up with retention action plans. • Assist with HR manager for Employee Relationship management. • Performs other duties or projects as assigned by HR Manager.Training :• Implement Tianjin facility Training Plan including but not limited to Orientation, 3 leveltraining, special technical training and multi-skill training etc. for hourly TM and certifications.• Support Line Manager to make Annual Training Plan.• To be proactive to learn the real training requirements of Tianjin operations to fully supportpeople development.• Monthly and annual training report.• Training documents tracking and record. |
Requirements |
BASIC QUALIFICATION: • Bachelor or above degree. • 3 years’+ of relevant experiences of People development and Staffing • Relevant experiences of HR Specialist/Generalist role • Familiar with Tianjin labor market, Labor law and HR Practical Principle. • Mature personality & persuasive integrity. • Excellent interpersonal skills & influence edge skills. • Good team player. • Strong customer service sense. • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially on Excel and PPT. • Experiences in HRIS (Workday System) will be preferred. |
