Responsibilities |
Mission: Responsible for supply chain management, product development and technology management, production equipment management, after-sales service management, production management, inventory management, department management and other related work. What are my responsibilities? • Factory management, including production plan and organization, workshop management, inventory management, etc.; • Product development and technology management, including new product planning, design and development, pre-sales technology, process layout, etc.; • Process management, including process planning, process research and development, introduction and transformation, technology application, support and service, technology validation and supervision, flaw detection technology, preparation of technology documents and data management, etc.; • Equipment management, including purchasing new equipment, allocation and installation, assets management, equipment maintenance and repair, energy and infrastructure management, etc.; • Supply chain management, including supplier management, procurement management, logistics management, etc.; • After-sales service and related work in the company; • Department daily administration, including work plan and implementation, employee training, performance evaluation, system and procedure establishment, budget plan, etc. • Other work tasks arranged by line manager; |
Requirements |
• Bachelor’s degree and above, major in mechanical or engineering related, Master is preferred • 10 years working experience or above in rail industry, more than 5 years management experience to an organization/business • Competence to manage relationship with Chinese JV partner • Solid rail industry experience and rail industry know-how • Knowledge about gearbox manufacturing and testing equipment • Advanced English language skills |
