| Responsibilities |
What are my responsibilities?
1. Allocate varies tasks to the group members.
2. Supervise the responsible activities within group.
3. Coordinate various tasks with other dept.
4. Make the proposal about employees development plan within group.
5. Proposal about capacity plan e.g. manpower (over time, leaves, new
persons) and facilities (tools, etc.)
6. Quality and performance control for the activities within the group.
7. Support to improve product quality and performance in cooperation with
other dept.
8. Work out the plan and schedule for development or design accordingly.
9. Issue the design or development order to group member.

| Requirements |
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Master or above degree, major in Mechanical , Motor and related.
2. More than 5 years experience of motor design and more than 2 years project
management experience.
3. Good knowledge of motor design and project management.
4. Good English skill in speaking and writing. |
