Responsibilities |
Job Responsibility: ❖ Process ensures: • To ensure that all processes and technical documents are available and robust; • To guarantee the tooling and fixtures are in good conditions and managed properly; • To lead process and technical related problem solving to achieve OEE and FTQ targets; • Where necessary, organize support from other departments such as Quality and Purchasing to support OA and FTQ targets and maximize equipment uptime; • To lead ergonomic activities in plant; • To support setup global process standards with global organization and lead implementation to plant; • To lead all plant layout related activities; • To catch new relevant technologies in order to be able to tackle with concerning process engineering; • To support process related training to other departments. ❖ New project implementation: • To make planning activities according to GPMS (Global Program Management System); • To support quotation activities for new projects; • Lead new machine projects cradle to grave (from RFQ to SOP); • Plan and track the schedule, quality and cost of new machine projects, to meet customer requirements; • To manage and allocate resources in order to realize assigned new projects, design changes and production technology projects based on committed budget and timeline. ❖ Quality and cost: • Continuous improvement to optimize machines, processes and tools for quality improvement and cost control; • To make reasonable and accurate budget and monitor cost tracking. ❖ Team management: • To lead/coach team members to maximize performance; • To build and share knowhow and experiences within the team for an organizational optimization and readiness for a succession possibility; • To control team performance with KPI/OKRs and take actions when needed; • To develop potential talents to higher level. |
Requirements |
Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of E-drive project development. • Strong knowledge of assembly technologies and planning. • Strong knowledge of IATF16949 system. PFMEA\Control Plan\MSA\SPC\APQP. • Familiar with E-drive 3 in 1 system and inverter assembly and testing. • Good leadership and management skills • Good innovation and quality awareness • Good planning and organization skills • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Good communication skills, team player. • Good command of English, German as a plus • Bachelor degree • 8+ years of relevant working experience in automotive industry |
