Responsibilities |
Responsibility: 1. Manpower Planning and Staffing - Collect, analyze and consolidate Work Force Plan/Human Capital Budget base on business development status, forecast and following the Quarterly Manpower plan and human capital investment change, and take initiative action to make sure the planning is conform to the requirement of the business development - Help line manager to anlysis JD, candidate profile, support interview with Line manager to ensure right people in right position 2. Learning and Development - Support the line manager to identify the training needs by giving professional suggestion, coordinate the training plan implementation, tracking the training effectiveness an give valuable feedback to make sure the effectiveness of the training program - Select, Identify and develop the talents in the region together with the line manager in the region to match the business needs of the company - Coach junior Line manager to develop management ability 3. Performance Management - Coordinate the relevant manager to proceed the annual employee performance review including refresh the system and process - Support Line manager to set reasonable KPI annually and track KPI implement by Quarterly 4. Organization Development - Support re-organization and employee movement with business growth and changes with proper recommendations - Make HR interview with Employee to support find talent and get employee's potential area. Bridge to organization’s talent development 5. Employee Relationship - Manage (1)employment administration and (2) employee termination activities, and (3) Personal Document Administration like Labor Contract and employee basic information database, to make sure the process is conform to the legal requirement and the data is complete and correct - Support the line manager to deal with discipline issues and low performance cases with consultation on company processes to the relevant manager, evidence collection, legal requirement etc. - Initiate effective activity to retain and motivate employee 6. Communication - Support to enhance the communication to foster trust building between the employees and the management, and the realization of a commitment work environment 7. Reward and Cost Management - By strong data search and analysis to get valuable conclusion, deliver influenced proposal to support business decision and actions Requirement: 1. Over 5 years HR experience in MNC
2. Rich experience in full HR functions especially in recruitment, training, employee relationship 3. Bachelor degree or above 4. Initiative, strong responsibility, good logical thinking, Enthusiasm, good devotion spirit 5. Strong Learning willing and ability, enough evidence show continuous learning competency and be able to put into practice 6. Innovative, has good business mindset and data analysis sense & ability 7. Good English and PC skills |
