| Responsibilities |
Position Objective 职位目标1. Work with strategic business units on product management , Oracle item/BOM set up , technical support for electric actuator.2. Ensure new product transfer to local successfully.3. Keep Equipment, fixture and tools in good conditions.4. Process Manufacturing documentation and cost improvement5. Operators training and shop trouble shooting.· Main Responsibilities 主要职责1. New product transfer process, layout design proposal and tooling, fixture design.2. Set up assembly procedures and work instructions and provide training to operators.3. Equipment fixture and tools development and management4. Process improvement on cost, quality and safety.5. Help to find the supplier resource and resource qualify.6. Drive root cause analysis regard to complex process problem and make corrective and preventive actions accordingly7. BOM creation and maintenance.8. Product upgrade and implement to production.· Qualifications /Experience |
| Requirements |
资格及经验要求Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering background.Minimum 5 years related experience in manufacturing environmentFamiliar with PCB board, motor and electrical testing process.Excellent communication skills and Team work, both oral and written in English.5. Proficient in Microsoft Office software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Good understanding of industry regulations/codes/standards (e.g. ASME, ASTM, API, EN, ISO, DIN).Can work under pressure and have sense on continuous improvement |
