| Responsibilities |
Job Description：1. Provide financial analysis capability for the organization, including monthly, quarterly reporting of actuals and forecasts as well as special studies and major investment evaluation.2. Provide financial leadership to the Finance team and Controlling team to drive better business results and operating efficiencies.3. Monitor account receivable and credit control4. Supervise Finance operation and process in align with PRC and local tax policy. Lead the budget ,forecast and analysis.5. Work closely with HQ Finance Controller on multiple data request and explanation.6. Be familiar with finance SAP system and supervise it run correctly.7. Have good risk control sense, make sure company asset8. Coordinate with other department on timely closing, enhance the quality of account reconciliation and relevant statutory issues |
| Requirements |
.Requirements:1. At least 12 yrs. Finance/Controlling working experience, 5 yrs. in a manufacturing environment in a multinational company was MUST, at least 5 yrs. in Finance Controller position or CFO.2. Demonstrated strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written presentation, Interpersonal skills to all levels of the organization3. Solid knowledge of PRC , Internal Control & Compliance4. Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage5. Good communication both in Oral and Written English.6. Willingly embraces change and drive positive initiative |
