| Responsibilities |
Job Description:Ensures and improves the supplier quality in the assigned area (e.g. production materials or goods for resale). ImplementsSQM requirements regarding preventive actions, technical specifications and qualification of suppliers.• Applies preventive quality methods aimed at risk minimization to achieve supplier and component quality performancecontinuous improvement。以质量风险最小化为目标的应用质量预防方法,实现供应商和元件质量持续改进。• Collaborates in the creation of material technical specifications and production support.与技术部门合作制定材料技术规范并支持生产。• Implements specified qualification measures (audit, testing, FAI, etc.) to achieve supplier and component qualificationfor business requirements.执行具体的质量认证措施（审核， 测试， 首件报告等)， 完成供应商和元件的放行满足业务需求。• Organizing and participates in quality meetings with suppliers.组织和参与供应商质量会议。• Collaborates in supplier development programs and commodity strategy definition.参与供应商发展计划和元件策略制定。• Implements complaints managements with supplier.实现供应商投诉管理.。• Participate in localization project.参与国产化项目。• Closely work together with headquarter team in Germany, the teams in worldwide production sites as well as with localcounterpart from purchasing.与德国总部团队、全球生产团队以及当地采购团队紧密合作。 |
| Requirements |
Requirements:• Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical or electronic related.• At least 5 years experience of supplier quality management or R&D, Engineering in relevant industry.• Good cross-function collaboration.• Good in verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin. |
